The Diphylleia Grayi or Skeleton Flower is a rare plant (it is only found in certain parts of China, Japan and the U.S.) that can reach a height of 40 cm. Its odd name derives from the characteristic of its flowers. When the petals come into contact with water they lose their white pigmentation, becoming transparent, then turn white again when they dry.
