Rov by Lexus made its debut at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2022 (January 14th-16th). It is a very particular concept car thataims to offer a fun driving life style while living in harmony with nature.
The Recreational Off Highway Vehicle takes an additional step forward in those places where even the off road vehicles can go. Its distinctive sign is its hydrogen traction ( the first for Lexus). The 3-cylinder motor stores 1 liter of compressed hydrogen in a high pressure tank and it injects it directly through its injectors. The result is an environmentally friendly engine that produces high torque and delivers stimuli and sensations from the sound and vibrations of a motor vehicle. Engine oil consumption is minimized.
