The Italian Energy Saving Green Endurance Championship closed in Este, Padua, reserved for ecological vehicles powered by alternative and renewable energies – electrical, hybrid, bio-methane, methane and LPG – organized by Aci Sport. Three races are scheduled: the 1st AciComo Ecogreen (April 27th-28th in Como), the ECOdolomitesGT (September 6th-8th from Ortisei to Primiero San Martino di Castrozza) and the 1st
Sesa Green Endurance Este (October 12th-13th in Este and around the Euganean Hills). The title of Italian Green Endurance Driver Absolute Champion went to Nicola Ventura, of co-pilot to Daniela Marchisio, for Racing team to Ecomotori Racing Team and for Constructors to Abarth.
Ventura and Marchisio also won the Italian Energy Saving Pilots and Navigators Trophy. Finally the Green Endurance Throphy to Drivers, Navigators and Constructors. For the IIIA BEV category - Battery Electric Vehicles respectively: Vincenzo Di Bella, Claudio Canale and Volkswagen. For the VIII ICE category - Internal Combustion Engine Biomethane, Methane, LPG respectively: Nicola Ventura, Daniela Marchisio and Abarth.
