Article 49 empowers the Minister for Infrastructure and Transportation to amend the Art. 78 in the Code of the Road. This would make it possible to modify Article 78 simply by Ministerial Decree so to redefine the procedures for updating the Vehicle Circulation Papers in the case of installation of LPG or Methane system or the ten-year replacement of the gas tank. This means that it will also be possible to install a gas implant or to replace the LPG tank without having to carry out the visit and test in the presence of a DMV official.
